Welcome to Daysland!

Daysland, Alberta is a small community nestled in the prairie heartland, and situated 43 kilometers (27 mi) east of Camrose. An artist bouquet of purple crocuses greets visitors to the town, planted just beneath the welcome sign. There are a selection of campgrounds and motels to enjoy while visiting this gem of a community, which is the birthplace of several National Hockey League players. There is also a local church and a community newspaper, keeping visitors and locals alike up to date on happenings around town. The wide open spaces are inviting and awe-inspiring any time of year. The weather is characteristic of the prairies, with temperatures plummeting in the winter, and hot dry summers.
